ABOUT ME

Each morning, typically the first thought that enters my head is...what am I going to get to eat today? I absolutely light up with the anticipation of the perfect bite with the perfect libation...and  will get equally crazy excited over a conversation about it. I'm actually quite disappointed with my day if I haven't tasted something ridiculously delicious. I actually feel cheated, like I should get a do-over!

Fortunately, my career allows me to think about food all day long. I'm a chef for the Wellness Kitchen. I'm involved in developing themes, menus, writing content, editing, and assisting with the production of the CHLI cookbook. 

My intention is to bring to the table as many decadent, scrumptious, noteworthy, OMG pairings from one curious epicurean to another...Cheers!
